Hamilton Adhesive Labels - Administration
Hamilton Adhesive Labels, a Leicestershire-based converter of printed and plain labels for the food, drink, industrial, automotive, personal and household care markets, has been purchased out of administration by the Schades Group, a paper roll and label specialist.
Rochelle Schofield and Michael Dillon of Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators on 3 September and immediately completed the sale to Schades, which has acquired all of Hamilton’s assets and 74 employees.
The nature and extent of Hamilton’s financial difficulties have not yet been disclosed.
Sherriff Properties, National Westminster Bank, Lombard North Central and SME Invoice Finance have registered charges against the company.
