HBL Realisations Limited (previously known as Hunter Boot Limited), entered administration on 2 June. Catherine Williamson, Clare Kennedy and Daniel Imison of AlixPartners were appointed Joint Administrators, and said that said the company had been on a decline due to a combination of reduced demand, the pandemic, supply chain disruption and inflationary pressures. Ted Baker owner Authentic Brands Group has purchased the company’s IP in a pre-pack deal. There are 31 outstanding charges against the company, including several in favour of Wells Fargo Capital Finance (UK) Limited.
