Humn.ai Limited - Administration
Humn.ai Limited, a London-based, FCA-regulated fleet insurance provider, entered administration on 11 December. The company was set up to develop a cloud-based platform called RideShur, an online portal designed to give managers and drivers granular feedback on what behaviours caused accidents in an effort to lower insurance premiums. The company’s directors explored options to address the company’s medium-term funding requirements, but were unable to secure a deal. Adam Seres, James Cameron and David Baxendale of PwC were appointed as joint administrators. On appointment, they completed a sale of the shares of a subsidiary business, Walsingham Motor Insurance Limited, saving 11 jobs. Hp Leaders Fund LP has registered charges against the company.
