I D C Limited, an Aylesbury-based wholesale food distributor, entered administration on 3 February. Immediately following the appointment of Ben Woodthorpe and Mark Supperstone of ReSolve as Joint Administrators, the company’s business and assets were sold to Menu Fresh Limited, a company majority owned by Christopher Edwards, the CEO and Director of the company, via a pre-pack sale. 99 jobs were saved. Abn Amro Asset Based Finance N.V. has a registered charge against the company.
