Inland Homes plc - Notice of Intention

Inland Homes plc, an AIM-listed property developer with a number of projects across Buckinghamshire, has filed a notice of intention to appoint David Hudson and Phil Armstrong of FRP Advisory as administrators, after a proposed deal that would have seen the company purchase a NorthCountry Homes business as part of a complex rescue bid fell through. Inland Zdp PLC has two registered charges against the company.
