'Insolvency' fears aimed at Cornwall's biggest house builder

Cornwall councillors have been extremely critical of the local authority's arm's length building company Treveth, with one councillor saying the house-building entity would be declared insolvent if it was a 'normal' company, while another said the council would be better off buying houses and 'getting rid of Treveth’.
