Insolvency Service cracks down on Covid loan fraud

The Insolvency Service removed 802 unfit directors from the marketplace and won 119 criminal convictions during the 2021-22 financial year as part of its crackdown on Covid loan fraud, and reports that it expects to see an even greater increase in insolvencies next year.
