Insolvency Service welcomes Budget funding to help tackle rogue directors

The UK government has allocated £25 million over five years to bolster the Insolvency Service’s enforcement work, funding a new 50 person taskforce targeting abusive phoenixism and other misconduct by rogue directors as part of a broader crackdown on economic crime.
