Intelligent Protection Management Group - Administration

Intelligent Protection Management Group, a South Yorkshire-based facilities management and stadium security business whose clients include councils, football clubs and the NHS, has been sold in a pre-pack deal after Danielle Shore and Ryan Holdsworth of Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators.

The company employs over 200 staff in South Yorkshire along with more than 3,000 workers throughout the country.

The joint administrators have confirmed that these workers will transfer to the purchaser, which has not been named at this time.

Tom Paton, Curtis Blackham, Rachel Piper and Dan Webster of Irwin Mitchell advised the administrators on the deal.

Time Invoice Finance has a registered charge against the company.
