Internet for Business - Administration

Internet for Business, an Aberdeen IT firm that has been in business for 30 years, has been purchased out of administration via a pre-pack deal with Converged Communication Solutions, saving all 15 jobs.

Administrator Michael Reid of MHA said that the company had struggled to make a profit in the competitive arena of internet service provision, and that the sale was the “culmination of a five-month period of the board actively marketing the business for sale”.

Clydesdale Bank has a registered charge against the company.
