Investment Manager, Asertis Ltd

Asertis, a litigation funder, is hiring an Investment Manager to join its Insolvency Team, reporting to the Head of Insolvency. This is an opportunity for an experienced contentious insolvency professional to bring their legal and commercial judgement in-house, managing Asertis' portfolio of insolvency claims, liaising with instructed lawyers on strategy, budgets and settlement, and assessing new funding opportunities from due diligence through to completion. The role is based in Asertis' Soho office, with two core days per week required in-office, alongside occasional networking events and some domestic and international travel.

Asertis is looking for someone commercially minded and comfortable owning their decisions, who thrives in a small, collaborative team with a flat structure. The role offers genuine autonomy, no time-recording or billable-hour targets, and access to a Head of Insolvency Team with an open-door policy.
