Invitation for UK IPs to participate in an important survey

As part of the International Project on the Stigma of Insolvency

Dr Emilie Ghio of the University of Edinburgh and Donald Thomson of Thorntons Law and the University of Dundee are inviting UK IPs to participate in an important survey as part of the International Project on the Stigma of Insolvency (IPSI).

The purpose of the research is to build and analyse a bank of data exploring the barriers to timely use of rescue mechanisms in the UK (and further afield).

The insights of IPs are invaluable to developing a nuanced understanding of the factors influencing directors' decision-making during financial distress.
