Rachael Markham of Squire Patton Boggs warns that UK insolvency practitioners appointed over businesses with residential tenanted property must urgently check whether the Renters Rights Act 2025 Information Sheet has been properly served on tenants before 31 May 2026, as failure to do so may invalidate possession notices, delay realisations, increase costs and expose the estate or officeholder to fines of up to £7,000.
