JAD Trans Scotland Ltd, a North Lanarkshire-based haulage firm, entered administration on 10 November after reportedly accruing significant debts which it was not able to service. David McGinness and Brian Milne of French Duncan were appointed joint administrators. Bibby Factors Scotland Limited has a registered charge against the company.
