Jefferies Poaches Restructuring Pair From Rothschild, Lazard

Jefferies Financial Group Inc. is expanding its restructuring practice into Europe by hiring Glen Cronin and David Burlison as co-heads for restructuring in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Glen was previously with Rothschild, and David was previously with Lazard. Both will be based in London.
