JF Renshaw Limited and Real Good Food PLC - Administration

JF Renshaw Limited, a Liverpool-based specialist bakery goods manufacturer, together with its parent company Real Good Food PLC, entered administration on 4 December, after announcing that performance had been constrained by supply issues and cash constraints and that sales for November and December were lower than previously forecast.

Immediately on their appointment as joint administrators, Rick Harrison and Will Wright of Interpath Advisory completed a sale to British Bakels, saving 187 jobs.

A number of parties, including Lloyds Bank, Huk 122 Limited, Leumi Abl Limited, Omnicane Limited, Downing LLP, Napier Brown Holdings Limited have registered charges against the companies.
