Jhoots Pharmacy owed creditors at least £11m, filings reveal

Jhoots Pharmacy entered administration with debts exceeding £11 million at SNJ Health and a further £19.6 million at Jhoots Pharmacy Limited, while administrators from FRP Advisory oversaw the sale of 129 former Jhoots branches to Allied Pharmacies for about £9.25 million, subject to deductions for wage arrears, preserving remaining jobs through transfer.
