JME Developments Limited - Administration

JME Developments Limited, a Corby, Northamptonshire-based housing developer, was placed into administration, on application by secured creditor Alternative Bridging Corporation.

The company owns the Little Stanion estate, an unfinished estate that has been under construction for more than a decade.

The appointment follows a previous winding up petition by Ballycommon Services, which claims to be a creditor of the company.

Administrator Rachel Fowler of Rachel Fowler Advisory said that she is working with the JME team and secured lenders to assess the works required on site and to develop a plan going forward.

In addition to Alternative Bridging, Sonic Funding Capital 2 Limited, Lagan Homes Limited and Bovis Homes Limited have registered charges against the company.
