Keelham Farm Shop Limited - Administration

Keelham Farm Shop Limited, which operated a large North Yorkshire farm shop known as the Keelham Food Hall, entered administration on 28 December. The company, which employed over 100 people, blamed cost of living pressures, food inflation and higher interest rates for its closure. Jonny Marston and Lyn Vardy of A&M were appointed as joint administrators, and said that they had received interest from several parties. They are not trading the business while they explore options for a going concern sale. Santander UK PLC has registered charges against the company.
