Kitchens Plus Ltd - administration

Kitchens Plus Ltd, a Tyneside kitchens and home improvement business, entered administration on 9 May. Rochelle Schofield and Iain Nairn of Leonard Curtis were appointed as Joint Administrators, and completed a sale of the business to its sister company Windows Plus Roofs Ltd in a move that has protected 77 jobs. Barclays Bank PLC has a registered charge against the company.
