Levolux Limited – administration

Levolux Limited, a St Helens-based solar shading business, has entered administration. The Company struggled due to delays in a number of new projects and cost inflation, and was unable to secure additional funding. Richard Goodall and Anthony Collier of FRP were appointed as Joint Administrators. Cp Ten Limited has a registered charge against the Company.
