Likewise Group snaps up Headlam assets for £14.9m to become UK's largest floor coverings distributor

Likewise Group has acquired £14.9 million of assets from collapsed flooring distributor Headlam Group, including its Thatcham distribution centre, specialist brands and inventory, in a deal with joint administrators Interpath expected to preserve around 110 jobs, while also agreeing to help realise Headlam’s remaining stock under a nine-month agency arrangement.
