Linkline Transport - Administration
Linkline Transport, a Northamptonshire-based logistics company, entered administration on 18 June after a recent accelerated M&A process failed to result in a viable offer.
The company operated out of its three hubs near Wellingborough and provided national and international logistics, haulage, warehousing and pallet network services to businesses.
Rick Harrison and Chris Pole of Interpath Advisory were appointed joint administrators, and said that trading conditions had been challenging for the company due to the multiple economic factors impacting the UK logistics sector and intense market competition. Approximately 100 jobs have been lost.
Shawbrook Bank has a registered charge against the company.
