Logistics Group - Administration
Logistics Group, the parent company of Arrow XL, a UK-wide delivery business owed by the Barclay family, entered administration on 22 March.
Daniel Butters and Daniel Smith of Teneo were appointed as joint administrators by HSBC, the company’s main lender.
Until last month, the company also owned Yodel Delivery Network, which was sold to a company backed by a competitor.
The Barclay family, once one of the richest in the UK, has recently made headlines for its financial troubles, including the insolvency of the parent company behind the Daily Telegraph.
HSBC has several registered charges against the company.
