London Resort Company Holdings Limited - CVA

London Resort Company Holdings Limited, the company behind The London Resort, a theme park dubbed the 'UK Disneyland', has appointed Antony Batty & Company to restructure its finances through a CVA. The project, which was initially called Paramount London and was originally scheduled to open by 2018, was reportedly close to collapsing due to repeated delays. The company called the move "a logical and sensible step", and said that many of its creditors are supportive of its restructuring, which will see its debts converted into shares.
