Love Hemp Limited – administration
Love Hemp Limited, a Croydon-based CBD company, entered administration on 9 February, after struggling to maintain its working capital position since the new year and its shares were suspended from the Aquis Stock Exchange. The company’s former Managing Director has also accused its directors of fraud, and suggested the company had been running as insolvent for months, which the company vehemently denies. Paul Cooper and Jamie Taylor of Begbies Traynor were appointed Joint Administrators. Portillion Consultancy Capital LTD, Tranche Limited, Napsbury Holdings LTD and Kamran Sattar hold a joint charge against the company.
