Majority of Thames Water Customers Say Ofwat Should Put the Supplier into Special Administration

A survey of 1,095 Thames Water customers found that 54% want Ofwat to place Thames Water into special administration rather than accept a creditor-led rescue, with strong opposition to a 35% bill increase, broad rejection of relaxing pollution rules, and a clear preference for eventual nationalisation under public ownership.
