Makehappen Group Limited - Administration

Makehappen Group Limited, a Leeds-based civil engineering firm which installs fibre optic broadband infrastructure for its clients throughout the UK, entered administration on 18 July. In recent months, Makehappen experienced significant pressure on cashflow after a number of contracts were withdrawn by their customers, and as a result, the company was unable to continue trading and service its liabilities as they fell due. Neil Morley and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory were appointed joint administrators.
