The Marine & Property Group Limited - administration

The Marine & Property Group Limited, the holding company behind a network of marinas in Wales, entered administration on 25 April. Damian Webb and Chris Lewis of RSM have been appointed Joint Administrators, and said that the administration has been put in place at the holding group level to assist in the on-going refinancing of the group as previously announced by the director. If successful in securing the funds to take the company out of administration, the director said the group would continue trading as before. Reward Finance Group Limited and Tab London Limited each has a registered charge against the company.
