McGregor Logistics - Administration

McGregor Logistics, a Doncaster-based logistics firm which specialises in the transport of biomass fuel and renewable energy products, entered administration on 30 October.

In its most recent accounts, the company, which employs on average 145 staff, revealed that its gross margin had been eroded by rising fuel costs and the national driver shortage.

Adam Harris, Patrick Lannagan and Conrad Pearson of Forvis Mazars were appointed joint administrators.

Nucleus Cash Flow Finance Limited, Abn Amro Asset Based Finance N.V. and Abn Amro Commercial Finance PLC have registered charges against the company.
