MFS administrators sue Barclays after accounts access frozen

Administrators of collapsed mortgage lender Market Financial Solutions have sued Barclays seeking access to frozen bank accounts holding creditor recoveries, as lenders face an alleged £1.3 billion shortfall and administrators investigate double pledging and other alleged irregularities across the MFS group.
