Modular firm’s administration extended by a year

The High Court has extended Elements Europe’s administration to 3 June 2027 as Interpath continues realising assets and distributing recoveries from the modular contractor’s collapse, with preferential creditors expected to be paid in full but more than 200 unsecured suppliers facing only a fraction of the £8.7 million owed.
