Moveero’s UK manufacturing arm enters administration
Interpath partners appointed as administrators as customer-backed funding supports continued trading and efforts to preserve approximately 250 jobs

Moveero Limited, Sankey Holding Limited and Autostructures UK Limited, the UK arm of the Moveero group, have entered administration, with Ryan Grant, Chris Pole and Sam Birchall of Interpath appointed as joint administrators on 26 March 2026.
The Moveero group manufactures wheels for the agriculture, material handling, construction, mining, and forestry industries. The three companies operate a manufacturing facility in Telford employing approximately 250 staff, all of whom have been retained following the appointment. The administrators are continuing to trade the businesses while pursuing a sale or restructuring transaction.
The administration follows a period of financial strain within the UK operations, despite broader stability across the wider Moveero group, which includes profitable businesses in the United States and Denmark. The UK entities have faced a challenging trading environment, including cost pressures and softer demand across key industrial end markets.
To stabilise operations, the administrators have secured short-term funding support from key customers, enabling the companies to maintain production and meet delivery obligations. That support has been central to preserving enterprise value and positioning the business for a potential going concern sale.
Interpath said it is actively engaging with interested parties, with a view to achieving a transaction that maximises recoveries for creditors while safeguarding employment where possible.
