Imran Aslam and John Lucarotti have joined Blake Morgan as Partners, bolstering the firm’s insolvency and restructuring capabilities. Imran brings a sharp commercial litigation lens, with deep experience advising IPs, lenders, and directors. John, formerly a regulatory and professional discipline partner, strengthens the firm’s reach in contentious and compliance-driven matters. Read more.

Over at Opus, Brendan Clarkson has joined the Creditor Services Team as a Partner. Brendan, formerly with PKF Littlejohn, has carved out a niche working with asset-based lenders, invoice financiers, and trade creditors to recover value in distressed situations. Read more.

Christina Michael, previously with Ashcrofts, has joined Forvis Mazars as a Senior Executive in its Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Thomas McIntyre, a former Senior Insolvency Manager at Begbies Traynor, has joined Johnston Carmichael as a Restructuring Senior Manager.

Mary Dempsey, who spent the past couple of years at Quantuma in Manchester, has taken on a new role as Corporate Insolvency Manager at KBL Advisory.

Louis Cafolla, previously with EY, and Toni Fleming, formerly of Grant Thornton, have both joined Keenan CF as Assistant Managers in Northern Ireland. Read more.

Connor Webber-Gargan has joined Opus as an Administrator. Connor was previously with The Insolvency Group.

On the promotions front, Tara Jayne Edwards has been promoted to Insolvency Administrator at Quantuma, while Sian Cookson has been promoted to Senior Manager in the London Insolvency Team.
