Nicola Clark has joined MHA in Manchester. Nicola was previously with Azets.

Tristan Cox-Chung will be joining Kingsley Napley as a Partner in their Restructuring & Insolvency team on 1 December 2025. Tristan was previously with Clyde & Co.

Leonard Curtis has opened its Thames Valley office led by restructuring and insolvency director Dane O’Hara. Dane has over 17 years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency and advisory, spanning several sectors, including construction, financial services and other regulated industries. Read more.

Gavin Davies has joined Shawbrook as a Restructuring Director - Development Finance. Gavin was previously with Hampshire Trust Bank.

Azra Alam has joined the Banking & Finance team at Burges Salmon in Bristol as a Solicitor, working in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. Azra was previously with HCR Law.
