MySpa (UK) - Liquidation

MySpa (UK), a Chaddesden, Derby-based hot tub firm, entered liquidation on 19 December.

The company was set up by father and son Peter and Andrew Wroot in 2009.

It cited “ongoing market challenges” as the reason behind its decision to cease trading and enter liquidation. All employees have been made redundant. 

Brett Barton and Dean Nelson of PKF Smith Cooper were appointed liquidators.

Hsbc UK Bank PLC has a registered charge against the company.
