NCP administrators in talks to sell scores of car park sites

The administrators of NCP are in advanced talks to sell the majority of the car park operator’s business, with Martin Property Group emerging as preferred bidder for roughly 100 sites after NCP’s collapse was blamed on inflexible long-term leases, changing commuting patterns and persistent trading losses.
