Northcare Limited, Medway Limited and five subsidiary companies - Administration

Northcare Limited, Medway Limited and five subsidiary companies which are collectively responsible for eight pharmacies throughout Gateshead and Yorkshire, have entered administration. Joint Administrator Steven Ross of FRP said the group has faced financial challenges in recent months, which impacted cashflow and its ability to service its liabilities. All 76 staff have been retained and the pharmacies are continuing to trade as the Joint Administrators search for a buyer. A number of Lloyds entities have registered charges against the companies, as well as Islestone Limited.
