Nottingham Breakdown Service - Administration
Nottingham Breakdown Service, a Nottingham vehicle breakdown and repair company, had its business and assets sold out of administration via a pre-pack deal on 1 August.
The company has over 40 years of experience and provides 24/7 breakdown recovery services and garage services to vehicle owners across the UK.
The company’s issues arose as a result of the rising costs of overhead inflation, including increasing fuel costs, which put pressure on the company’s cash flow and working capital requirements.
Dean Nelson and Nick Lee of PKF Smith Cooper were appointed joint administrators on August 1 and immediately completed a sale of the company’s business and assets. All jobs and ongoing customer contracts have been saved.
Bcrs Cief and Bcrs Business Loans have registered charges against the company.
