ODx Innovations Limited – administration

ODx Innovations Limited, an Inverness-based health sciences company which was developing testing and treatment options for urinary tract infections, entered administration on 19 December. Duncan Raggett of AAB and Seamas Keeting of FPM Accountants were appointed joint administrators, and said that the directors had done everything they could to keep the business afloat, but the business ran out of funds, making administration unavoidable. 38 people have reportedly been made redundant, while a small number of staff have been retained to assist the joint administrators. A buyer for the company is now being sought.
