Opus rescues catering business and preserves 52 jobs after failed acquisition

Opus has rescued struggling catering business Valeside Catering Contracts Limited, preserving 52 jobs, after a failed acquisition that saw the purchaser – who did not introduce any cash to fund the purchase of the business – used the working capital generated from a loan facility to finance the initial purchase consideration rather than fund cashflow.
