Party Pieces Holdings Limited, a party supply firm which was founded in 1987 by Carole and Michael Middleton, the parents of the Princess of Wales, entered administration last week. Joint Administrator Will Wright of Interpath Advisory said that the business had been impacted profoundly by the effects of the pandemic and the ensuing restrictions on social gatherings. The business has been acquired by Teddy Tastic Bear Co, a company owned by entrepreneur James Sinclair, in a pre-pack deal.
