Patrick Drahi’s Altice International accused of defaulting on €2bn of debt

Altice International creditors holding about €8 billion of senior debt have issued a default notice over more than €2 billion of borrowings, alleging that asset transfers and roughly €5 billion of intercompany loans breached financing terms and moved key Portuguese and Dominican businesses beyond lenders’ reach.
