Plan to save Las Iguanas restaurant operator from administration approved

The High Court has sanctioned Iguanas Holdings’ restructuring plan, enabling the Las Iguanas operator to avoid administration through a £3 million Big Table Group injection, the write-off of around £37 million of debt and imposed rent reductions on landlords after the company warned it would otherwise run out of money.
