PLM Global Limited and PLM Global (Holdings) Limited - Administration

PLM Global Limited and PLM Global (Holdings) Limited, a Nottingham-based computer hardware and repair company, entered administration on 20 June, with Damian Webb and Gordon Thomson of RSM UK appointed as joint administrators.
The company, which reportedly provided hardware and applications solutions to hundreds of clients, has struggled with declining trade in the last few years, with pre-tax profits dropping to approximately £160,000 for the year ending 31 March 2024 — down from nearly £304,000 the year before.
Employees have been made redundant, and the joint administrators are exploring a variety of options to realise the company’s assets.
SME Lending Limited has a registered charge against the company.
