P&O Ferries admits Dover chef’s unfair dismissal

A former chef of embattled ferry company P&O Ferries, the only seafarer to take legal action after refusing a redundancy payment from the company, has secured a “moral victory” in the form of a confidential settlement with the company after he and 800 others were illegally sacked.
