Prestige Aggregates - Administration

Prestige Aggregates, a Sheffield-based supplier of recycled aggregates, has been rescued out of administration by Prestige Aggregates Holdings, a newly-formed company controlled by Jonathan Prutton and Philip Horsnall.

Jonathan and Philip have extensive experience in the construction and materials sector via their ownership of Moorhead Excavations in Leeds and East Midlands Demolition in Derby.

Joint administrator Dean Nelson of PKF Smith Cooper was assisted by Emma Taylor of Browne Jacobson.

RBS Invoice Finance and National Westminster Bank have registered charges against the company.
