Proposals to Rescue 4D Pharma from Admin to Go Before Shareholders

Shareholders in Leeds-based 4D Pharma will be asked to vote on proposals that would bring the pharmaceutical company out of administration and provide $15m in new funding to be provided by Armistice, a US-based specialist healthcare investor.
