Pump Court Chambers loses bid to keep £2.75m fraud private in High Court ruling

A top London chambers has failed in its bid to keep secret an alleged £2.75m fraud perpetrated against the set, with the Court finding that the bad publicity surrounding the matter was not a good enough reason to depart from the open justice principle.
