QV Realisations Limited trading as A H Worth Ltd - Administration
QV Realisations Limited trading as A H Worth Ltd, a Lincolnshire-based potato packer and processor, entered administration on 10 June.
The company, part of the A H Worth Group, has suffered significant losses over the past two trading years due to volatile potato prices and rising operating costs.
Paul Meadows and Matt Cowlishaw of Teneo were appointed as joint administrators, and stated that the company’s closure had led to circa 200 redundancies, with a skeleton team retained to support the administrators in the wind down of operations.
HSBC Bank has a registered charge against the company.
